Entrance Antiphon Mk 10:14

Let the children come to me; do not stop them; for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these, says the Lord.

Opening Prayer

God of mercy,

you chose Saint Kjeld to preach the unfathomable riches of Christ.

By his intercession, grant that we may grow

in knowledge of you

and be fruitful in good works.

May we walk through life trustfully in your presence,

guided by the truth of the Gospel.

We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,

who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,

one God, for ever and ever.

Prayer over the Gifts

Lord,

may the offering of your holy people

be acceptable to you, in memory of your saints.

May our sharing in this mystery

help us follow the example of your love for us.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Communion Antiphon Jn 8:12

I am the light of the world, says the Lord. No follower of mine shall walk in darkness; he shall have the light of life

Prayer after Communion

All-powerful God,

may this holy food sustain us in charity

to our brothers and sisters

after the example of your saints,

and keep us in the light of your truth.
