Entrance Antiphon Ps 23:5-6

These are the saints who received blessings from the Lord and mercy from God their Savior. They are the people who seek him.

Opening Prayer

All-powerful God,

you made bishop Saint Norbert

an outstanding minister of your Church,

through his life of prayer and pastoral zeal.

By his prayers, may your faithful flock always have shepherds

after your own heart,

who will lead them to eternal pastures.

We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,

who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,

one God, for ever and ever.

Prayer over the Gifts

Lord, may these gifts of our service,

which we place upon your altar in memory of Saint Norbert,

be acceptable to you.

Free us from attachment to the things of this world,

and make us rich in possessing you alone.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Communion Antiphon Ps 33:9

Taste and see that the Lord is good. Happy are those who

find their refuge in him.

Prayer after Communion

Lord, by the power of this sacrament

and the example of Saint Norbert,

lead us always in the way of your love.

May the good work which you have begun in us

come to perfection on the Day of Christ Jesus,

who is Lord for ever and ever.
