The Lord sealed a covenant of peace with him, making him a prince and giving him the priestly dignity for ever.

Opening Prayer

Father,

protector and lover of the humble,

look with mercy on our human family.

May we follow the example of Saint Warren

and use the things of this world for our spiritual good.

We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,

who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,

one God, for ever and ever.

Prayer over the Gifts

Lord,

may this offering of the sacrifice

which takes away the sins of all the world

bring us forgiveness

on this feast of Saint Warren.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Communion Antiphon Jn 21:17

Lord,

you know everything; you know that I love you.

Prayer after Communion

Lord God,

may the power of the gifts we have received

on the feast of Saint Warren

have its full effect on us.

May it give us support in this mortal life,

and gain for us the happiness of unending joy.
